Hi Everyone, there has been alot of talk recently regarding a possible funday here in Perth W.A. as we have quite alot of new comers both in the way of members and our four legged AB's.
After some discussion a few of us have come up with a time, date and place being Sunday 28th October from 11am onwards at Claughton Reserve Bayswater Perth W.A.
Last years (our second one) was great,..and we would like this years to be even better, so if you have any suggestions or ideas please feel free to post them here,... together we can only make it better.
PLEASE spread the word to all people who you think would like to come or who would like to know more about this fantastic breed.
For those who didn't make it last year, Claughton Reserve is a dog friendly exercise zoned area, with a huge grassed area with lots of trees providing plenty of shade, right next to the river so the dogs can have a dip in the water if it is warm (as they did last year, they loved it),...playground and swings for the kids, electric barbecues and public toilets.

Sounds like a great idea, but I think a location closer to NSW would be better!

You can count us in too. Lola will be 4 odd months by then and fully vaccinated!

I am available to help with any orgainzing too, being a stay at home mum

Tawn works FIFO so I have plenty of free time.

Matilda My Family and I will be coming to the fun day, It'll be nice to meet everyone. I just hope Matilda is on her best behavior, She is very friendly and very excitable, Never nasty just hypo.....

The older boys can entertain themselves, i don't fancy juggling Ella and Lola AND this morning sickness. POOR ME

Unfortunately it might just be Bindi coming on Sat. Poor Axle is just starting to get over a strain of canine cough

after many antibiotics and cough syrup

. If the vet says he is well enough to come then we will bring him but just dont want to jeopardize the health of any other ABs. Bindi hasnt got it so far so all fingers and toes crossed!!!

We just wanted to say a big thanks to everyone for today!! It was really nice of everyone to answer our questions and let our girls have a little play with your dogs. Popping by just confirmed to us what we thought, that these dogs are BLOODY BEAUTIFUL and we are going to have to add an AB to our family asap!!!

We will for sure. We would have come up for this one but up and back twice in two weeks was to much. But next year for sure. It would be great to meet people who don't look at us wierd when we call them our babies, and see a few more dogs as our two are the only ones I know of down here.

Thanks Dee for organising a great funday. It was lovely to finally put a face to the names of people. What a great turnout there was and what a mixed bunch of wonderful doggies. Just a thought for anyone living anywhere near Willetton how about some AB playdates? Arby loves to play with doggy friends.
